What Goji is
Goji is TCM-native charting and practice-management software for independent acupuncturists and small clinics. It combines clinical records, scheduling, online booking, intake, patient access, superbills, and data import/export in one web application.
Who it supports
Goji supports solo practitioners as well as small practices with multiple providers, facilities, treatment rooms, and equipment. Providers can have distinct working hours and Google Calendar connections. Granular staff access controls and in-app teammate invitations are still being expanded.

- Custom clinical vocabulary, chart fields, reusable protocols, undo, and session history
- Multi-provider, multi-location, room, and equipment scheduling with conflict protection
- Two-way Google Calendar sync plus ICS busy-time import
- Public or invite-only online booking using the same availability rules
- Account-free intake forms with consent and electronic signatures
- An optional, invite-only patient portal for appointments and arrival details
- Patient-facing PDF superbills with selected diagnosis codes and suggested CPT codes
- Guided CSV import and lossless CSV export for patients, sessions, and notes
Important boundaries
- Goji does not submit insurance claims, generate CMS-1500 claims, act as a clearinghouse, or manage insurer payments.
- Detailed herbal prescribing, inventory, lot tracking, dispensing labels, and pharmacy workflows are not available yet.
- Clinical changes currently require a working connection to save reliably; durable offline chart drafts are in development.
- Goji is still completing its production HIPAA vendor and infrastructure boundary before recommending live PHI use.
Pricing
The standard product is $350 per year when billed annually or $50 month-to-month. The same core plan is included either way, with no feature tiers or per-seat pricing. See the current pricing page.
