Will my price go up later?
No. This isn't an intro rate — it's the price. We grow through word of mouth, not by raising rates on the practices already using it.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No lock-in. You can export everything you've entered at any time.
Is everything included, whether I pay monthly or annually?
Yes — Monthly and Annual are the same plan, just billed differently. Charting, scheduling, the patient portal, and every core feature we ship next are included on both, no higher tier to unlock them. SMS reminders are included up to a generous monthly allowance — well past what a typical solo practice sends. Go over, and it's billed at our cost, shown to you before you turn it on.
Can I pay monthly instead of annually?
Yes — $50/mo, billed month-to-month. If you start monthly and later decide to switch to annual, we'll credit what you've already paid toward it — you don't lose anything by starting month-to-month.
