Roadmap

What’s shipped, and what we’re weighing next.

We’re early, and the roadmap isn’t fixed — it’s genuinely shaped by the practices using Goji today. This page is kept current rather than treated as a one-time promise.

Shipped

Live in the product today.

Shipped

TCM-native charting

Point selection with laterality, pulse by position, tongue observations, pattern differentiation, and technique as structured fields — not a generic notes box. A term that isn't in the list gets typed and used on the spot.

Shipped

Autosave, undo & session history

Every save is tracked, so a visit can be reviewed change-by-change and restored to an earlier version, not just hoped over.

Shipped

Two-way calendar sync & online booking

Google Calendar sync keeps both calendars honest in both directions. Public or invite-only online booking runs through one reservation system, so nothing gets double-booked.

Shipped

Patient intake forms, no portal required

A plain link a patient taps and answers — no account, no password. Signatures and consent meet ESIGN Act/UETA requirements.

Shipped

Optional patient portal

Read-only appointment access and arrival details for practices that want it, off by default and never required just to fill out a form.

Shipped

Multi-location & resource scheduling

Run more than one facility or treatment room, with providers, rooms, and equipment scheduled against each other so nothing gets double-booked, however many places you practice.

Shipped

Configurable hours, buffers & cancellation policy

Facility and provider hours, buffer time before or after a service, and a shared reschedule/late-cancellation window — set once, enforced everywhere, staff and online booking alike.

Shipped

Staff-only overlap override, with a visible trail

A practitioner can knowingly double-book two patients when that's the right call for the visit — and it's recorded who made that call and when, not silently hidden.

Shipped

External calendar import

Pull busy times in from any calendar app your practice already uses via an ICS feed — no Google account required.

Shipped

A clinical vocabulary your practice actually curates

Pattern, pulse, tongue, and technique option lists a practice can edit directly — a term typed once during a visit becomes a reusable option next time, not a fixed dropdown you're stuck with.

Shipped

Custom fields, your way

Add the fields your practice actually needs — text, numbers, dates, single- or multi-select, even repeating entries — with hints, default values, and per-field layout control, shared across charting and intake forms.

Shipped

Guided CSV import & export

Bring patients, sessions, and notes in from a spreadsheet with a review-and-fix step before anything's committed, and export your data back out any time — your data was never locked in.

Shipped

Recoverable deletes

Nothing is purged the moment someone clicks the wrong button. Deleted records move to Trash and can be restored.

Shipped

Practice-level data isolation, checked on every action

Every patient, session, note, and form is scoped to your practice at the database level, and every action re-checks that scope independently — not just once, at the page.

Shipped

Instant demo, self-serve signup

Drop into a live, pre-seeded demo practice with no signup at all, or start a real trial in a couple of minutes — either way you're looking at the actual product on real data immediately.

Shipped

Superbill-style visit export

Generate a receipt-style PDF from any charted visit — suggested CPT codes from the visit's duration and technique, the diagnosis codes you pick, and your practice and provider billing details — for a patient to submit to their own insurer for out-of-network reimbursement. Not insurance billing or claims processing run by us.

Being considered

Not built, not scheduled, and not a commitment to a date — this is what we’re weighing based on what practices are asking for, and it changes as that demand does.

Considering

Durable offline chart drafts

Keep an already-open session safe through a connection drop, with every accepted edit stored on the device, a clear local-versus-synced state, and conflict-aware recovery when the connection returns.

Considering

Payments & package deals

Charge for a visit through Goji, sell a package of sessions at a flat rate, or take prepayment — card processing first, with Venmo raised as a future option — plus a manual mark-as-paid entry for cash and check, and the whole thing off by default for practices that don't want it.

Considering

A scheduling waitlist

When nothing's open, get on the list for a day. If a spot frees up, Goji reaches out in order — automatically moving to the next person if the first doesn't respond in time.

Considering

Passwordless sign-in

A magic link or one-time code by email, and the same by text, so staff and patients alike can skip having a password to remember at all.

Considering

Herbal formula tracking & dispensing labels

Record the herbal formulas prescribed at a visit and print a dispensing label from that record, for practices that dispense herbs alongside acupuncture.

Considering

Herbal dispensary integration

Connect a tracked herbal prescription through to a dispensary or pharmacy workflow, rather than re-entering it a second time in a separate system.

Considering

A shared protocol library

Today's protocols are private starting points. A shared library would tag them by pattern, version them, and make them reusable across a growing practice — not just the practitioner who wrote one.

Considering

A clickable meridian diagram

Point selection is fast typing today; an interactive diagram would give the same selection a visual home for practitioners who chart that way.

Help shape what’s next.

Goji is being built directly with the practices using it — what we build next is genuinely shaped by real feedback, not decided in isolation.
