You imported the appointments file before noticing the dates were day-first, and now the calendar is wrong in a few hundred places. A wrong file shouldn't be permanent, and fixing it shouldn't mean deleting rows by hand.
Where it lives
On the import page, owners and admins see a list called Undo an import of visits or appointments. It shows your ten most recent imports that added past visits or appointments, each with its date and what it added, such as 412 appointments. An import that only added patients, charts or notes isn't listed. Press Undo, then Remove, which names the count; a Cancel button backs out. An import can be undone once, and afterwards the row reads undone.
What it removes, and what it keeps
Undo removes the past visits and appointments that one import added, and nothing else. Anything you or a colleague added by hand, or in another import, stays.
- Patients stay, including ones the import added as new.
- Charts and notes stay. Imported charts are not part of this list.
- An appointment that has since gained a chart, an invoice, a form submission or a billing decision is kept, so no record that something real depends on disappears.
- Removed appointments have their pending reminders cancelled, and any linked Google Calendar events are deleted.
