Before you hand over an email address or move a single chart, you want to push the buttons yourself: open a visit, mark it complete, see what lands on the invoice. The demo practice is a working Goji account that already has a few months of made-up history in it, and getting in takes one click.
Getting in
Open the demo page and press Enter the demo. You are not asked for a name or email. Goji gives your browser an anonymous sign-in and adds it to the Goji Demo Practice as a member, then drops you on its home page. The View the demo buttons on the features and pricing pages, and the demo calendar on the scheduling page, lead to the same place. Inside, a Live demo notice stays on every page with a link to start your own practice, and it collapses to a small pill if it is in the way.
What is in it
It is set up like a small solo practice in Denver, with three services (an initial treatment, a follow-up and a cosmetic facial), an intake form and a quick symptom check-in.
- Eight invented patients, each with past visits, charted with points, pulse, tongue and a pattern, plus upcoming appointments on the calendar.
- Form submissions waiting for review, and two online bookings in the queue, so the booking queue and the sidebar badge have something to show. The public booking page works at /book/demo.
- Invoicing set to draft an invoice when you complete a chart, a few invoices already issued (one paid in cash, one partly paid, one unpaid), and two prepaid series you can sell.
- Message history on patients, built from the reminders the schedule would send.
The addresses and phone numbers are made up on purpose and the practice's NPI and tax ID are deliberately invalid, so nothing on the page names a real person or business.
Shared, and wiped every night
Everyone who enters lands in the same practice. If another visitor completes a chart or books a time, you will see it. Once a day, around 8 a.m. UTC, Goji deletes the patients, charts, notes, appointments, form submissions, invoices and messages, any forms visitors created, and reseeds the sample set, so nobody inherits a day of someone else's experiments. The practice, its services and the two sample forms stay. Booking and invoicing are switched back on and the chart fields reset, in case an earlier visitor turned them off.
What is simulated, and what you can't change
Messages are simulated. The demo's confirmations and reminders run through the real scheduler and message history, but the demo practice always uses a sandbox provider that sends nothing, whatever the rest of the app is configured to do. To see a failure, use an email address with bounce before the @, or a phone number ending in 0100. You join as a member, not an owner, so the Notifications switches in settings and payment connections can be viewed but not changed.
Narrower ways to try it
Want one feature without an account at all? The charting sandbox and booking sandbox run in your browser on the feature pages. The demo practice is the whole product with sample data; your own practice is where the same screens hold your patients.
